Xiaoyang Li

Xiaoyang Li has extensive experience in the field of human resources, starting in 2004 as a Student Counselor at Hunan University. They then worked at various companies, including Huawei Technologies, Huawei Symantec, IBM, and Biogen, before joining Cerevel Therapeutics in 2021 as a Sr. Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Xiaoyang Li has held multiple HR roles, including Director, APAC Regional HR Lead, Associate Director, HR Business Partner, and HR Partner, among others. They have demonstrated strengths in building and optimizing teams, developing HR capabilities, and establishing HR infrastructure both domestically and internationally.

Xiaoyang Li holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, Li obtained a Master's degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Li also completed a Master of Science (MS) in Theoretical Physics from Hunan University, where they had previously earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Applied Physics. Additionally, Li received a certification as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching.
