Chris Kerklaan

Chris Kerklaan has over a decade of experience in systems engineering and telecommunication consultancy, currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Cerium Networks since July 2012. Previously, Chris held the role of Avaya Technical Consultant at Direct Technologies, focusing on designing, installing, and implementing Avaya PABX and Voicemail systems. Chris also worked as an Avaya Implementation Engineer at Telstra Business Systems, providing customer service and technical support. Earlier career experiences include support in a global technology team at Touchbase, delivering helpdesk and on-site assistance for IT and telephony systems. Chris holds a Bachelor of Technology in Telecommunications from Western Sydney University and a Diploma in Information Technology - Network Engineering from TAFE NSW.
