Josh Porter

Josh Porter, PMP, is an experienced Project Manager specializing in Contact Center solutions within the Genesys space at Cerium Networks since April 2022. Previously, from November 2013 to April 2022, Josh served as a Project Manager at Xima Software, managing implementations of Chronicall and ACR on various platforms, as well as contributing as a Business Development Manager and Product Manager for the Xima VRTX. Earlier roles include Group Sales Manager at Red Lion Hotels and Cluster Sales Manager at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport, where Josh honed sales and marketing skills across various segments. Josh began a career in sales coordination at Park City Marriott and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern Utah University.
