Tonje Norheim

Tonje Norheim currently serves as Rådgiver HR Organisasjonsstøtte at Cermaq Norway AS since September 2023, focusing on HR organizational support in Northland. Previously, Tonje held the position of Senior Policy Advisor at the Delegation of the European Union in Norway from October 2020 to May 2024, overseeing Fisheries, Agriculture, and Migration policy, and served as a Policy Advisor leading the communications team.
