Jovie Pacifico is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Ceros since March 2021, Jovie previously held the position of Managing Director at Ellie’s Home and Garden PH for a year. Experience includes working as a Shopify Guru at TaskUs, an Inside Sales Executive at Gemline, and various technical support roles at AT&T and Convergys. Early career roles included a Fraud Analyst at IBM Global Process Services, an Online Customer Care representative at Sitel, and hotel staff positions at Byblos Hospitality Group and Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila. Jovie Pacifico holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the National College of Science and Technology, completed in 2010.
