Keri (Smyth) Hecht

Keri (Smyth) Hecht is an accomplished professional in customer success and strategic consulting with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for Mid-Market and Head of Professional Services at Ceros since August 2019, Keri has also held roles including Senior Director and Director of Strategy + Consulting. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Client Program Strategy at Contently, where Keri contributed to creating engaging content strategies for top brands, and as Digital Marketing and Account Manager at carrotnewyork, overseeing national campaigns for prominent clients. Earlier roles include Online Communications Manager for the Women Presidents' Organization, managing communications and web content, as well as a Communications Intern for the same organization. Keri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2008.
