Xavier-Emile Codallo

Xavier-Emile Codallo has held a variety of roles in the past. In 2022, they began working as a Sales Development Representative for Certa (getcerta.com). In 2018, they began working as a Property Manager for Theta Delta Chi Fraternity, where they identified structural and physical defects on the property, sought, and obtained quotes for solutions. Xavier-Emile also produced quarterly reports detailing annual revenue, financial needs, and priority projects for Alumni and current members. In the same year, they were elected President of Theta Delta Chi Fraternity, where they were responsible for upholding 174 years of tradition, managing internal relations, and maintaining positive relations with relevant organizations. Xavier-Emile also appointed supporting positions and assisted in the completion of their duties, relating to finances, events, and philanthropies. In 2018, Xavier-Emile began working as a Salesperson for Roots, where they aided shoppers in picking the best style and size. Xavier-Emile was also trained in leather/footwear sales and POS. In 2015, they began working as a Retail Salesperson for Sport Swap, where they provided outfitting services for families seeking quality ski and snowboarding packages. Xavier-Emile also managed a multiyear trade in program that encouraged customers to return each season for another set of used or new gear. Finally, in 2017, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor for Camp Nokomis.

Xavier-Emile Codallo attended the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management.
