Danny Williams

Danny Williams has worked in the IT field since 2008. Danny began their career as an IT Support Technician at Little, Brown and Company, followed by a similar role at Big Group in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Deluxe Digital London as an IT Engineer, and then to The Body Shop in 2015 as an International Desktop Support Analyst. In 2017, they joined Ontruck as an Internal Tools Senior Engineer and IT Technician, and in 2020 they began working as a Customer Success IT Specialist at Certainly. Throughout their career, Danny has provided desktop and network support, managed Windows and Mac operating systems, and implemented IT service desks. Danny has also supported business use of video conferencing equipment, managed VOIP solutions, and monitored and maintained server and network security.
