Colleen Mallick

Colleen Mallick is Legal Counsel of Certares. Prior to joining Certares, she began her legal career at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, where she specialized in M&A and other corporate transactions and corporate governance matters.

Colleen received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo.
