Ornella Dalmazzo is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in the fields of administration, health, and finance. Currently serving as a consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores since January 2009, Ornella has previously held key positions such as Head of Administration at O.S. and consultant for various health-related initiatives in the Government of Buenos Aires. Ornella's expertise includes procurement, human resources, financial planning, and operational management, demonstrated through roles with multiple ministries and international projects. Ornella holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and a diploma in Analysis and Management of Social Security and Prepaid Medicine from the Instituto Universitario de la Fundación ISALUD.
