Joey Rousseau

Joey Rousseau has worked in customer success and business development roles since 2016. Joey began their career at OutboundEngine as a Customer Success Representative, then moved up to Senior Customer Success Specialist and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined Shogun Enterprises Inc. as a Customer Retention Lead, Solutions Specialist, and Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they were a Customer Success Manager at Buildxact, and in 2022 they moved to CertifID as a Customer Success Manager. In 2016, Joey also worked at SignaCert as a Business Development Associate.

Joey Rousseau attended Texas A&M University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology.
