Lisa Taylor Richards is an accomplished catering professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as CEO at Cowgirl Q since October 2019, Lisa also founded Picnic People in January 1984, where Lisa continues to hold the position of CEO. Additionally, Lisa provides consultancy services through Certified Catering Consultants, assisting catering professionals with business growth, company structure, and staff development. Lisa's expertise contributed to creating a thriving picnic industry in San Diego and building a highly regarded catering company, Picnic People & Festivities Catering, prior to its transition in October 2019. Lisa Taylor Richards studied at the University of San Diego from 1975 to 1977 and attended Arizona State University in 1977-1978.
