Joe Minutoli

Joe Minutoli currently serves as General Counsel at Certinia and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels. Prior to these roles, Joe held various significant legal positions, including Head of Legal at SnapLogic and Vice President, Commercial Legal; Deputy General Counsel at Fivetran, where Joe developed a global commercial legal team to support hyper-growth in the Enterprise market. Joe's experience also includes key roles at Okta, AppDirect, Pearson, and GlobalEnglish, demonstrating extensive expertise in corporate counsel, commercial negotiations, and legal team leadership across multiple industries and regions. Joe earned a BBA in Management from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
