Warren Metcalfe

Warren Metcalfe is an experienced project director with a strong background in managing Service Cloud and Field Service Management projects across the UK and Europe at Asperii since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the EMEA Enterprise Project Manager at Sitetracker, where significant Telco and EV charging rollouts were executed, and establishing critical project management processes. Metcalfe also held various roles at makepositive, focusing on Salesforce implementation, where strategic guidance was provided for a diverse portfolio of clients. Earlier positions include senior project management at Good Technology, program management with Convergys, and sales and account director roles with Data Track Technology plc. A solid engineering foundation was developed through education at West Kent College and Bromley College of Technology, supplemented by international certifications from APMG and Trailhead by Salesforce.
