Leonardo Magalhaes serves as the Head of HR at CertiSign since March 2024, following the role of HR Director at Minas Verde John Deere, where significant advancements in People Management Strategy were achieved. Prior experience includes HR Executive Manager at UNICOBA Energia - LEDSTAR®, overseeing strategic HR planning and policy review, and HR Director at Siemens Gamesa, responsible for a significant organizational review amidst a substantial headcount growth.
