Ricardo Godoy

Ricardo Godoy has extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as Lider de Elaboración at Cervecería Nacional since July 2015, overseeing quality and production operations. Previously held roles include Líder de producción, where oversight of the bottling process and compliance with safety and quality standards was paramount, and Analista de Calidad, responsible for microbiological control and conduct of BPM audits. Prior to Cervecería Nacional, Ricardo worked at Empresas Polar as a Junior Brewer and Analista de Calidad II, where responsibilities included training new laboratory personnel in various testing methods and conducting physical-chemical analyses. Ricardo began their career as an Analista de Cromatografía at Laboratorios CAM. Educational credentials include a Brewmaster degree from ABI University and several diplomas in operations management, project management, and chemistry from various reputable institutions in Venezuela.
