Jay Lawing

Jay Lawing currently serves as a Sales Engineer at Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, since June 2024, while also holding the position of Utility Design Manager at CES Consulting LLC since May 2021. Prior experience includes over 15 years at ATCS, P.L.C., where Jay Lawing worked as a Sr. Utility Inspector and Sr. Survey Party Chief, overseeing survey field crews and ensuring quality in survey methodology. Responsibilities included training junior employees and coordinating with clients, contractors, and engineering staff to deliver effective survey services.
