Tyler Beard

Tyler Beard has a diverse range of work experiences spanning over a decade. Tyler worked at CES Power as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member at Memphis Zoo from August 2022. Tyler also worked at West Cancer Center & Research Institute as the Manager of Finance & Data Insights. In this role, they provided strategic direction and guidance to data scientists and financial analysts. Tyler also developed strategies for creating modeling and dashboards and evaluated project plans for feasibility issues. Tyler's tenure at West Cancer Center lasted from September 2019 to April 2023. Before that, they held the position of Financial Analyst at the same organization. Earlier in their career, Tyler worked at Entergy, where they served as the Lead Financial Analyst from June 2014 to September 2019, and prior to that, they worked as a Nuclear Fuels Engineer from July 2011 to June 2014. Tyler's earliest work experience was as an MBA Graduate Assistant at B&W Y-12 LLC, from October 2009 to August 2010.

Tyler Beard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Tyler then pursued a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Tyler achieved a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in 2010.
