Rochelle Blindauer, SHRM-SCP, MBA, has over 16 years of experience in various HR roles. Rochelle is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at CESA 6, where they lead HR and payroll strategy and is responsible for a HR transformation. Prior to this, Rochelle was the Director of HR Shared Services at Archway Marketing Services, where they implemented HRIS, compensation, and benefits programs. Rochelle has also worked as a Human Resources & Compensation Consultant at Carlson Dettmann Consulting, a VP of Human Resources at AIA Corporation, and a Director of Human Resources at Lawrence University and City of Manitowoc. Rochelle's earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources & Compensation Manager at Festival Foods and a Human Resources Business Partner at Kohler Co. Rochelle holds an SHRM-SCP certification and an MBA.
Rochelle Blindauer, SHRM-SCP, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources and Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in the years 2002 to 2005. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Lakeland University.
In addition to their degrees, Rochelle has also obtained certifications. In January 2021, they became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through SHRM. Furthermore, in February 2022, they acquired the Gallup Strengths Coach certification from Gallup.
