Sarah Grams

Sarah Grams is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Programs at the Cesar Chavez Foundation since April 2021, Sarah previously held positions at Ednovate Inc., including Director of College Counseling and Assistant Principal at USC Brío College Prep. Prior roles also include Managing Director of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America and teaching positions at Milwaukee College Prep School and Camino Nuevo Charter Academy. Sarah's career began as a History Teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
