Cristiane Egert

Cristiane Egert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational development, and training. Since June 2014, Cristiane has served as Executive Coach and trainer at Cristiane Egert Desenvolvimento Profissional, focusing on performance and career coaching, experiential training, and professional capacity building. Cristiane also holds a position as a Postgraduate Professor of Executive Coaching at Faculdade Cesusc since January 2016, and has previously taught the same discipline at ICEP. Earlier roles include management positions in people management and consultancy across various organizations, where Cristiane contributed to strategic planning, team development, and training programs. Education credentials include a degree in Psychology from ULBRA and multiple coaching certifications from the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching and Ohio University.
