Andrea Shane

Andrea Shane has over 20 years of work experience in various financial and strategic planning roles. Andrea currently serves as the Head of Sales & Growth Operations at Cetera Financial Group. Prior to this, they worked at Voya Financial as the Vice President of Planning & Strategy for the Wealth Management Business, where they focused on strategic planning, analysis, and developing key performance indicators. Before that, they were the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Prudential Financial, where they coordinated forecasting and planning activities and developed external messaging for investor relations. Andrea also held the role of Financial Director at Aetna, where they managed strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Aetna's local and regional businesses. Andrea began their career at Community Health Network of Connecticut as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Actuarial Finance, where they implemented financial planning processes and directed medical budgeting and forecasting.

Andrea Shane holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Providence College.
