Alexandra (Sasha) Savkova serves as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at St. Luke's University Health Network since November 2018 and as an Aerospace Medicine Physician Assistant in the US Air Force Reserve since May 2020. With extensive experience in emergency medical services, Savkova has been a Paramedic and Instructor at Cetronia Ambulance Corps since June 2014, teaching various courses including Emergency Medical Technician and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Additionally, Savkova is an Adjunct Instructor at the George E. Moerkirk Emergency Medicine Institute, specializing in CPR and emergency medical training. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from DeSales University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh (2012-2016).
