Benjamin Masia has a diverse work experience in supply chain and customer service roles. Benjamin started their career at Louis Vuitton as an Intern Category Manager Assistant. Benjamin then worked at Danone Dairy as a Production Planner before joining Argon Consulting. At Argon Consulting, they worked as a Consultant, focusing on supply chain improvement projects in various industries such as tires and consumer packaged goods. In 2010, they joined CEVA SANTE ANIMALE as the Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager in Turkey, where they oversaw purchasing and supply chain operations for 500 SKUs. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Head of Supply Chain and Customer Service at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE.

Benjamin Masia obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006. Prior to this, they completed another Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech from 2002 to 2005. Benjamin began their education at Lycée Chaptal, where they pursued Classe preparatoire from 2000 to 2002, specializing in PCSI - PSI*.
