Axel Aikpa

Axel Aikpa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Axel began their career in 2001 at Allianz France, where they held roles as a Claims Examiner and later as an Underwriter Lead/Internal Auditor. At Allianz France, Axel led and motivated a team, contributed to portfolio growth, and drove performance management and talent development. In 2014, they joined Rockwell Automation as a Strategic Account Desk Advisor. From 2017 to 2022, Axel worked at BP as a Continuous Improvement Operational Excellence Coordinator, utilizing Agile/Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. Currently, Axel is working as a Project Manager at Cevinio, starting in 2022.

Axel Aikpa holds a Bachelor's degree in Insurance Business Administration from Enass. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. In 2017, they obtained the Staatsexamen NT2 certification from the Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap. Axel Aikpa continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by obtaining certifications in Leadership and Management from High Speed Training in 2021, and Data Analytics: Dashboards vs. Data Stories, as well as Excel: Creating a Basic Dashboard from LinkedIn in 2022.
