Yulia Nikolaeva

Yulia Nikolaeva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at CEX.IO since April 2020, where responsibilities include HR strategy and global talent acquisition, along with expertise in over 14 additional skills. Prior to this role, Yulia was the HR Director at OWOX BI from May 2012 to November 2019, developing HR strategies and talent acquisition initiatives, coupled with over 16 skills in HR. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at FCB Management from July 2007 to May 2012, and as a Human Resources Generalist at STARSOFT DEVELOPMENT LABS INC from December 2005 to July 2007, focusing on global talent acquisition and talent management.
