Tereza Adámková is a seasoned professional in wind energy management, currently serving as the Head of Wind Asset Management at ČEZ, where leadership is provided to a team overseeing the operation of 11 wind farms in Germany and 2 in France. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director at ČEZ Erneuebare Energien Verwaltungs GmbH and as a Wind Farm Asset Manager, contributing to the management of a portfolio of wind farms in Germany. Tereza's background includes project coordination at the Institute of Energy Economics, participation in an advanced talent program, and project specialization at 4ct. Earlier experience includes a leasing consultant position at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Česká republika s.r.o. Tereza holds a Master's degree in Environmental Economics from Prague University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Policy, also from the same institution, complemented by studies at Universität Innsbruck and Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
