Ian Craig

Ian joined the company as Head of HR in August 2015 and became HR Director in February 2018.

Prior to joining the CF business, Ian fulfilled the role of Head of Learning and Development at WM Morrison’s Supermarkets Plc, where he led the Academy Learning and Development strategy for 23 Manufacturing and Logistics sites across the UK.

Earlier in his career, joining Ford Motor Company as a Graduate HR Officer in 1993, Ian progressed quickly through a series of HR leadership roles with Ford and then Jaguar Land Rover, including high profile assignments as UK Employee Affairs Manager, European Regional HR Manager, HR Policy and Programs Manager, and Employee Relations Manager at the Halewood Operations Manufacturing Plant on Merseyside.

To complement his strong HR and change management experience, Ian holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from the Graduate School of Management at Salford University, BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies at Staffordshire University, and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
