Nicole Jones

Nicole Jones, M.S. has a diverse work history, starting as a Program Assistant II at the Center for Talent Development in 2007. Nicole then moved on to roles at Rotary International, where they served as a Senior Coordinator and later as a Senior Regional Membership Officer. In these positions, they focused on membership development strategies, including improving retention rates and increasing recruitment efforts. Nicole also managed cross-departmental teams and presented membership presentations at meetings and conferences. Most recently, Nicole worked at Colorful Connections as a Global DEI and Collaboration Expert before joining CF Industries as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition in 2023.

Nicole Jones, M.S. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, spanning from 2003 to 2007. Nicole later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Public Service Management at DePaul University, which they completed between 2012 and 2015. In addition, Nicole has obtained certifications in Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Northwestern University in 2021, as well as a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University in 2020.
