Paul Lohr has a diverse and extensive work experience in the supply chain and logistics field. Paul started their career as a Warehouse and Distribution Manager at Orca Bay Foods, LLC, where they managed multiple warehouse locations and had P&L responsibility for handling large amounts of inventory. Paul then worked for Solo Cup Company, where they held several roles, including Corporate Logistics Manager and Corporate Project Manager. In these roles, they oversaw domestic and international distribution centers, increased fill rates for key customers, and implemented efficiency initiatives. After that, they worked at Ameriwood Home as the Director of Warehousing/Transportation, where they oversaw operations for multiple locations and implemented process improvements. Paul also worked at American Hotel Register Company as the Corporate Transportation Manager, where they managed daily operations and implemented tracking systems.
In their most recent position at CF Industries, they held various roles, including Manager Truck Transportation, Manager Marine Transportation, Manager- Natural Gas, and Manager, Corporate Supply Chain. In these roles, they managed daily operations, negotiated rates with carriers, implemented new systems to enhance efficiency, and assumed procurement responsibilities for raw materials. Paul also developed strategies and managed teams to provide flexible and cost-efficient movements within the supply chain. Currently, Paul Lohr is the Director of Marine Supply Chain and Trade Compliance at CF Industries.
Paul Lohr obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business- Organizational Management from Northwest University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
