Cecília Andreucci, PhD, serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors and ESG Committee Chair at Guararapes since December 2020, and holds various positions in committees across multiple organizations, including Grupo Boticário and Iguatemi S.A. Notable roles also include Board Member and Lecturer at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, and Angel Investor at Gavea Angels. Cecília has had significant academic contributions as a PhD Visiting Associate Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and has been involved in advisory capacities at Grupo Rota Oeste and Tagia Importadora.
