Yves Rault

Yves Rault has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Yves started their career in 1993 as the Resp Admin & Financier at AFVP, where they worked until 1994. Yves then joined SEREC Audit as a Stage Expertise comptable until 1998. Yves then worked at Dassault Systemes as the Head of Accounting from 1998 to 2005. Following that, they joined GE as the Statutory Compliance Leader for a year before returning to Dassault Systemes as an HR - Compensation & Benefits professional from 2006 to 2013. Since 2013, Yves has been a crucial member of CFAO's team, initially serving as the Group Compensation & Benefits Director until 2019. Currently, they hold dual roles as the 50% Group Compensation & Benefits Director and the 50% Managing Director of Cfao International Ltd.

Yves Rault completed a Master's degree in Finance at ICS Bégué, école de finance, gestion et expertise comptable from 1989 to 1992. Currently, Yves is pursuing a Doctorate in Expertise Comptable / CPA.
