Anita Smith

Anita Smith, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the AVP of Human Resources at CFBank, beginning in June 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership on diverse people priorities, such as total rewards and performance management. Prior to this role, Anita held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Versova from 2019 to 2022, overseeing recruiting efforts and HR process improvement across multiple states and companies, and focusing on employer branding and employee development. Anita's experience also includes serving as a Senior Executive Recruiting Coordinator at Nationwide from 2016 to 2018, managing executive-level recruitment, and promoting candidate engagement, as well as a Recruiting Specialist and Employment Coordinator at Gap Inc. from 2008 to 2016, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and onboarding across distribution facilities. Anita began their career as an Account Manager at Capital City Jet Center from 2007 to 2012.
