Isabelle Postic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and consulting within the healthcare sector. At CG2 Conseil, since December 2009, Isabelle has served as a coach, associated founder of the Cohesio-coaching brand, and senior consultant, focusing on health service development and transformation initiatives. Isabelle's role includes management responsibilities and strategic guidance on projects such as IT solutions acquisition and organizational restructuring. Previously, Isabelle held various positions at the Groupe hospitalier Paris Saint Joseph, including Director of Support Functions and Coordinator of Patient Care, where responsibilities encompassed managing support services, leading merger programs, and enhancing patient service efficiency.
