Sherif Abdou, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at ضمان - CGC, where responsibilities include overseeing operations with 36 banks to facilitate guarantees for SMEs and MSMEs throughout Egypt, aiming to enhance access to finance and promote sustainable growth for small businesses. Previously, Sherif was the Managing Director at Zeal and held various senior roles at Vodafone from 1998 to 2021, including Head of Vodafone Cash and Head of Customer Experience. Sherif has a Master's degree in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a degree in Foreign Trade from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration. Educational background also includes attendance at Yehia El-Rafie Language School and Barrow Hill School in London.
