Silvana Beckley

Silvana Beckley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Silvana started their career as a Consultant at the Honduran Ministry of Science and Technology in 2000. Silvana then moved on to work as a Sales Strategist at The Vanguard Group from 2005 to 2008, where they contributed to significant revenue generation and managed a team of consultants.

In 2009, Silvana worked as a Consultant at Meta-Culture Consulting, where they developed a monitoring and evaluation model and created a business plan. Silvana also worked as a Consultant at The World Bank during that time.

From 2009 to 2010, Silvana served as a Project Manager at Instituto Palmas, where they designed a monitoring and evaluation system and established partnerships to increase state funding for community development banks.

Silvana then joined TIM Group as a Client Manager in North America from 2010 to 2012, followed by their role as a Director at Waystone (formerly DMS) from 2013 to 2015, where they oversaw governance and regulatory practices and generated new business revenue.

Silvana then worked in capital formation at Arena Investors, LP from 2015 to 2018 before transitioning to Compass Group in 2019. At Compass Group, Silvana has held various positions, including Director of Global Institutional Sales and currently serves as the Head of Asset Management LatAm Products and North American Sales.

With their diverse background and experience in sales, management, consultancy, and project management, Silvana Beckley brings a wide range of skills and expertise to their roles.

Silvana Beckley holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Silvana also earned an M.A. in International Affairs, with a specialization in Development Economics and Innovation Technology, from Columbia University between 2008 and 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Silvana holds certifications in Series 63, Series 24, and Series 7 from FINRA, obtained in 2019 and 2016 respectively.
