Jeanette Lafontaine

Jeanette LaFontaine has been a Sr. Consultant at CGI since August 2014, with a focus on change management and agile methodologies as a Change Management Lead and Scrum Master. During this time, Jeanette has successfully developed and executed a communication strategy, created project RACI, facilitated meetings, and defined working agreements for the MDM Proof of Concept project within the manufacturing sector. Additionally, Jeanette has played a crucial role in facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Jeanette LaFontaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Metropolitan State University.
