James Chastine

James Chastine, FMP, is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager for CGL Companies in the Southeast Region since July 2023. Chastine previously held the position of Director of Engineering/Operations at Urban Services Group, Inc. from June 2017 to July 2023, overseeing multiple facilities and project operations across the United States. Prior to that, Chastine managed a significant government contract at Meridian Management Corporation for 20 years, focusing on the protection of national treasures. Early career experience includes roles as Chief Engineer and on-site supervisor at various facilities, including the National Archives and Fort Belvoir Power Plant. Chastine holds several state certifications and designations in HVACR, electrical, plumbing, and power engineering, as well as the Facilities Manager Professional designation from the International Facility Managers Association.
