Biju Balachandran

Biju Balachandran has extensive work experience in the technology and healthcare industry. Biju currently holds the position of Head of Software Development at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA, where they are responsible for clinical and social care. Prior to this, Biju worked at SAP for many years, holding various leadership roles such as Head of Engineering, Vice President of Health Platform Development, Chief Expert of Strategic Initiatives, and Vice President of SAP HANA Platform for Healthcare & Life Sciences. Biju also had roles at Computer Associates and Cordys, where they gained experience as a Team Lead and Senior Developer, respectively. Biju has strong expertise in driving digital transformation in healthcare through the use of advanced technologies and innovative solutions.

Biju Balachandran holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (2002-2004). Biju also obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from the University of Calicut (1996-2000). In addition to their formal education, Biju has received certifications in Organization Design and Systems Thinking from LinkedIn in the year 2022.
