Michelle Hoh

Michelle Hoh is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial and government sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Compliance Advisory at CGS International Securities Malaysia since February 2025, Michelle previously held significant roles including Head of Legal Corporate Secretarial & Financial Crimes at Eastspring Investments Berhad and Manager of Regulatory Policy and Advisory at Bursa Malaysia. Additionally, as a Magistrate for the Government of Malaysia, Michelle adjudicated civil cases and managed bankruptcy and civil appeal cases at the Penang High Court. Early career experience at the Attorney General's Chambers involved drafting and negotiating national and international agreements. Michelle earned a Certificate in Legal Practice from Brickfields Asia College and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading.
