Cathrine Jooste

Cathrine Jooste is the President of Global Business Process Outsourcing at CGS since May 2023. Previously, Cathrine served as Chief Commercial Officer and North Region President at Atento, a leading customer relationship management and business process outsourcing firm, from December 2019 to December 2022. Prior to Atento, Cathrine held various leadership roles at DXC Technology, including Americas Microsoft Practice Leader and Offering General Manager of Global Consulting, from April 2017 to November 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Partner at CSC, Client Partner at Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Consultant roles at Fathom Solutions, Systems West Computer Resources, and Accenture. Cathrine Jooste holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from the UCF College of Business, earned between 1994 and 1998.
