Tina Sparks

Tina Sparks assists the executive team to operationalize the organizational vision, with the goal of ensuring the company’s processes are well-defined, documented, and scalable to facilitate rapid growth. As Chief of Staff, Tina manages core processes with internal and external stakeholders, spearheads special projects, and drives the development of new business strategies.

An experienced operations leader and natural integrator, Tina has a strong track record in the role.

Before joining CH4 Global, Tina was Senior Leader, Business Operations and Analytics, at the J.M. Smucker Company, manufacturer of many of the most trusted food, coffee, and pet food brands in North America, Australia, and Canada. In this role, she helped guide the company’s supply chain solutioning before and during the global pandemic and coordinated disaster relief with federal agencies and relief organizations.

Tina holds a Master of Business Administration degree in business and managerial economics from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Walsh University. An outdoor adventurer and nature lover, Tina recently achieved a personal goal in completing the 284-kilometer Camino de Santiagode Compostela by way of the Portuguese Coastal Route.
