Chantelle Venter

Chantelle Venter has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles. Chantelle started their career as a Foundation Controller at Verity Health System in 2013 and later became the VP of Finance Strategic Planning. Chantelle also worked as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Verity Health System and played a key role in its restructuring. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Dameron Hospital Association as the VP of Finance and later as the Chief Financial Officer. Chantelle provided strategic financial guidance during the hospital's transition after losing its Kaiser management. Chantelle also worked as an Interim CFO at Tatum by Randstad, where they provided consulting services to Chinese Hospital and CSVS. In 2020, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Beacon Oral Specialists, contributing to its expansion nationwide. Chantelle then joined Community Hospital Corporation as a Senior Vice President, overseeing hospital management and consulting. Chantelle served as the Interim CEO and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services in 2022. Currently, Chantelle is the Chief Operating Officer at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy.

Chantelle Venter has a diverse education history. Chantelle holds a Masters degree in Communication and Marketing Statistics from the University of Cologne. Chantelle also obtained an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the USAF Air Command and Staff College. In addition, Chantelle Venter has a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Health Care Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Chantelle completed their undergraduate studies at Columbia College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting. Chantelle Venter has also received two certifications: Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives and Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
