Chantelle Venter has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles. Chantelle started their career as a Foundation Controller at Verity Health System in 2013 and later became the VP of Finance Strategic Planning. Chantelle also worked as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Verity Health System and played a key role in its restructuring. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Dameron Hospital Association as the VP of Finance and later as the Chief Financial Officer. Chantelle provided strategic financial guidance during the hospital's transition after losing its Kaiser management. Chantelle also worked as an Interim CFO at Tatum by Randstad, where they provided consulting services to Chinese Hospital and CSVS. In 2020, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Beacon Oral Specialists, contributing to its expansion nationwide.
