Peter Doggett

Vice President, Facilities Director at CHA Solutions

Peter Doggett started their work experience at Citizens Bank in 1997 as a Regional Facilities Manager, eventually becoming a Vice President. Peter then worked at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a Regional Facilities Manager, where they led a team servicing 270 Citizen Banks sites across multiple states. After that, they joined JLL as a Senior Facilities Manager, supervising a large team and administering a substantial budget. Most recently, they have been working at Berkshire Bank as an AVP Facilities Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Facilities Director at CHA Consulting, Inc.

Peter Doggett, FMA RPA, has pursued various educational and certification opportunities to enhance their expertise in the field of facilities management and civil engineering. Peter obtained a Real Property Administrator Certification from the Building Owners & Managers Institute International (BOMI). In addition, they completed a Facilities Management Administrator Certification from BOMI. Peter also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Hudson Valley Community College. Furthermore, they completed OSHA 10-Hour Training in Construction Safety and Health from OSHA. As for their certifications, Peter obtained the FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) certification from BOMI - Building Owners & Managers Institute International in February 2013. Peter also obtained the RPA (Real Property Administrator) certification from BOMI International.
