Mirza Tafseer Baig is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at chaaye' khana since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mirza held the position of Assistant Chef at Bunbury lounge from April 2018 to August 2022 and worked as Chef De Partie at Third Wave Coffee Company from April 2017 to March 2018. Mirza's culinary journey began as Cook 1 at Pompaii restaurant from January 2016 to March 2017 and included an internship at The Nishat Hotel from June 2014 to November 2015.
