Erik J. Morales

Erik J. Morales has extensive experience in analytics. Erik J. began their career in 2007 at Chadwick Martin Bailey (CMB) as a Project Manager. Erik J. later transitioned to the role of Analyst and eventually became a Senior Analyst. In 2010, they joined Phillips Academy as an Assistant Director of Analytics and advanced to become the Associate Director of Analytics in 2016. Morales returned to CMB in 2018 as the Director of Analytics and was promoted to Senior Director in August 2021.
