Lisa Salyers has been a dedicated High School Science Teacher at Chagrin Falls Exempted Village Schools since August 1995, teaching a variety of subjects including Biology, Honors Chemistry, and Anatomy & Physiology, while also serving as the Cum Laude Society Advisor and previously advising cheerleading teams. As Science Department Chair, Lisa coordinates with other department leaders and supports staffing decisions. Lisa co-led educational excursions to Costa Rica and Belize, enriching students' scientific and cultural experiences. Since August 2011, Lisa has held the position of President of the Chagrin Falls Education Association, representing the association and leading negotiations. Lisa also served as a Praxis III Assessor for the Ohio Department of Education from August 2003 to May 2008, evaluating first-year teachers. Lisa's academic credentials include a Master of Education from John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bowling Green State University.
