Most recently, Steve served as the Chief Operations Officer at Cornell Scott - Hill Health Center.
Throughout their career, Steve has been responsible for managing budgets, developing strategies, negotiating contracts, and overseeing population health initiatives. Steve is an expert in business intelligence and data mining, and has used these skills to create high-value provider networks. Steve has also instituted innovative projects to address social determinants of health.

Steve Ho's educational career began when they earned their Master of Social Work from Columbia University in the City of New York. Afterward, they worked as a social worker in administration at Southern Connecticut State University.
