Jessica Vinsand

Jessica Vinsand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and equity compensation across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Chainalysis Inc. since September 2022, Jessica also contributes as a Board Member for the Global Equity Organization since July 2017. Previous roles include Director of Total Rewards at Trustly and positions at SAP, where responsibilities included designing global equity compensation programs and engaging in M&A activities. Jessica's career began at Global Shares and Equity Administration Solutions.
