Juha Martikainen

Based in Helsinki, Finland, Juha Martikainen is a Principal in the Integrated Demand & Supply Planning practice at Chainalytics. He is one of the most experienced individuals in Northern Europe in Sales & Operations Planning and its various sub-processes such as demand planning and forecasting, production planning, supply network planning, inventory optimization, and material capability planning. He helps customers in multiple industries through all stages of planning process improvement, such as assessment and road mapping, process design, technology selection, solution design, solution implementation, and continuous improvement.

Juha has two decades of experience in supply chain management consulting. Before Chainalytics, he spent 11 years as a consultant and director for an S&OP-focused consulting company, ROCE Partners. He conducted successful supply chain transformation projects in many industries throughout the years and acquired familiarity with the food and beverage, CPG, forestry, heavy machinery, industrials, telecommunications, healthcare, public sector, logistics, retail, construction, raw material, and textile/fashion verticals.

Juha holds a Master of Science in Technology degree – specializing in Operations Research – from Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University).
